Important: If your parcel is damaged or tampered with:

📸 Take clear photos of the package.

🚚 Inform the courier partner that you are refusing delivery due to damage.

📧 Email us at customersupport@chanak.co with your Order ID and package photos.

✅ Our team will review the case and assist with the replacement process as quickly as possible.
