If you are placing your first order with us, our team may contact you via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email to confirm your order.
- ✔️ Verification of your delivery address & PIN code
- ✔️ If your location is not serviceable, we may request an alternative delivery address.
📦 3. Damaged or Tampered Package
Please inspect your parcel before accepting delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered:
- ❌ Refuse to accept the parcel.
- 📸 Take clear photos of the package.
- 🚚 Inform the courier that you are refusing delivery due to damage.
- 📧 Email us at customersupport@chanak.co with your Order ID and photos.
✅ We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
